NEW YORK (April 24) - Las Vegas is the highest per capita auto theft of all cities, according to the National Insurance Crime Bureau.

Western states still lead the nation in rates of car theft, according to the NCIB. All regions of ten meters per capita auto theft in Western countries. Half of the ten largest metropolitan areas are in California.
